My first real estate related "vintage" card find w/scan!

I had mentioned before I work in real estate and tell ALL of my buyers I collect cards, just in case they may find some and call me! Well my friend called me about a year ago and I went over. He had found a 1996 (?) Scott Hatteburg rookie....yeah 
. Well I showed my girlfriend how much Cards printed in Cambridge MA were in the recent MAstro auction... Ntional Chicle, Goudey, etc. and now she is searching ever house for cards! Well she got so excited today when she found this card below. She asked if it was worth anything. Even she said "prolly not with his head missing".
