Same Photo simply diff't years?

Why would they use Mays' photo from 3 years before? Did Mays have something to do w/ this?

    I believe the 1965 and 1968 Topps Mays cards the same photo, also. There are other instances of this with other players, as well. Ralph Garr - 1974 Topps and 1975 Topps are the exact same photo.

    I think Topps got a tad lazy, no competition lol That happened many times using the same photo.

    1963 and 1964 Yaz cards are like that too.

    Topps did this throughout thier history, I have noticed dozens of photos with the same pose. Even though it is not a photo look at ted williams from 54,55,56 topps.

    This has to be Topp's worst ever.
