Good day 
All you long time members help me understand.
I signed up for Platinum membership about a year ago, or so ( I can't remember back that far)
So when your membership expires, do you just find out because you are no longer granted access to certain areas ? Is this how the renewal process works for all of you ?
I already paid what the charge was to get the POP reports again, but is this dissection of services the norm ? Pay a little here, a little there, then renew and find out these services are also part of the membership ?....
And is it murphy's law that this stuff always happens outside of business operating hours ?
I just wanted to print off a new submission form.
