I don't think so. I have sold them a few things and their office isn't far from where I grew up. I think they are just collectors, maybe with intention of a museum...?

When I was allowed to use ebay, I used to buy a lot at Toppsvault.

He has bought a lot from me as well. I don't know if either fo these 2 are more than just collectors, but they both are a pleasure to sell to. Aggressive bidding, instant payment, and feedback when they get their card. I am just happy to have something either of them want and hope one day either to see their collections or be able to have one for myself.
