Who can authenticate an autographed hockey stick?

I've got one of Brett Hull's alumium sticks from the mid 90's and its autographed on the blade. I've decided to sell this but would like to have someone to verify the auto to recieve top value. I thought psa did this, but I guess not. Any suggestions?
