are the vouchers for "regular" submissions?

    The vouchers are for 21 day service, which is not a normal service level.

    They can be used for any type of submission.

    Yes, if I remember, there were also coupons allowing upgrade at discounted pricing.
    Secondly, I am very happy I joined and I stink at grading statehood quarters.

    Make sure you put collector's club on the outside of the package or they take forever to log them in.
