Question about Cards

I have a few cards that I was thinking about listing on ebay and I was just wondering if it would even be worth the trouble if no-one would buy them. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I am looking to build my already growing Collection of the "GREATEST PITCHER IN MLB HISTORY" Nolan Ryan, DUH!!!

I have just started to collect Autographed memorabilia that I have gotten in person.

Steve, I will say dont bother. Those grading companies are not highly regarded amoung the "card collecting folks". All three of them grade second rate cards that have problems. This is not to be-little you or your cards, I am just telling you the facts. Stick to PSA or SGC. I will throw BGS out there as well but they are losing credibility as of late.

    Good luck,
    Matt
  • thanks for the input. I received these cards in a couple of those retail boxes that garuntee a graded 9 or 10 inside. I didn't think that they where worth the effort but thought that I would give it a shot. I only buy PSA cards of Nolan Ryan unless I get cards from another grading company as a freebie but then I would still prefer PSA.

Since they are newer cards, I do not think that someone would think that they might be trimmed, but that they may be graded higher than what they would be by PSA. You would probably get the same pricing on them if they were out of the holders. In fact some buyers might just shy away from buying them just because of the holders that they are in.
