Morgan 1900-O/CC?

Could someone tell me how this Morgan came to be. From pics on ebay I can't see any CC. Thanks

The dies or whatever that was/were left after the closing of the Carson City minting facility were sent to Nawlins where the CC was ground off. Unfortunately they dint do a very good job [they worked for the Guvmint so what do you expect and besides its Bush's fault] and some traces of the CC remain. Generally you have to look pretty closely to see them so don't expect them to be visible in most eBay pix. There are several VAM's available too; a couple of which are quite rare and valuable.
