What if you paid $4000+ for a coin in a PCGS holder that didnt match the grade?

What would you do if you bought a coin for almost 5 GRAND in a PCGS holder that you felt wasnt the grade PCGS assigned to it?
I finally purchased a coin that I have wanted for quite some time via the web. When i get it in the mail today, I noticed that there are imperfections on the reverse that i feel make the coin not suitable for the grade listed on the holder. I was a bit underwhelmed... almost upset about it. It is a POP 20 coin... and its taken me quite some time to wait for one to come for sale.
I know darn well that I would have submitted this very same coin, it would not have achieved the grade that is on the holder.
I really dont want to mention what type of coin it is because I suppose it doesnt matter.. I am only looking for opinions on if I should just keep the coin, since I wanted it so bad or call PCGS.

If you can return it, do it.
If you can't, then definately submit it for Guaranteed Grade Review to PCGS.
I've done it once, and PCGS agreed the coin was overgraded. They compensated me quite fairly for the difference between what I paid for the overgraded coin, and what the value of the new and lower grade was.
They might not agree, of course... but that's a bridge to cross when and if it happens.
If you can't return it then definitely go for the grade review.
They have been very fair on the few I have had to send in. It did take awhile though.

Good luck. I know how much of a let down it can be when a coin is not as nice as it looked.
your gut feeling is screaming return me and get my cash back fast!
There are rare occurences where the pop # is the driving factor regardless if the coin is overgraded.....as long as it is acceptable looking in appearance. But with a pop of 20 I don't see that here.
