As long as there is pages in it and its just not the cover, then I would say yeah It probably is a pretty good read.

Yes, that's a good book, I own it too. (wouldn't want to part with it)
The neat offer was that for just a buck or two, you could subscribe to recieve updates for a year.
Any newly discovered ones were sent to me about quarterly, I put them in a 3-ring book the same size as that book.
Great resource, in my opinion.

These pubs were a great reference for their day. I haven't seen them in a while. I am sure they are still relevant to their era.
