    I am confused! I have several 1951 and 1952 Parkhurst hockey that I want to get holdered, but they come back trimmed even when I ask for any grade or no grade but authentic. How do I try next time?
    My focus, 1970 Topps Baseball Raw and Graded, pre 1989 PSA Hockey and 1933 INDIAN GUM ! Yikes!!

    I don't know how or why they chose to holder some and not others but, I would take the certs from these cards and call CS and ask them why yours weren't holdered. If they say they won't ask to talk to someone higher up.

    I agree. I think this was a bigtime dealer as the cards infront and back in the cert#'s are pretty high $$.

    I find it very interesting that everyone of my cards they deemed trimmed or re-colored came back in a card saver. I wonder how you can get them to slab them.

    I was just talking about the Mantle cards marked authentic tonite to my wife.

    We were at California Pizza - cold Bud and words about American Idol and sports cards.

    If this were a date - I wouldn't have a snow balls chance in hell of scoring! image

    Still, 8K for a trimmed card?

    Mike the guy that bought that card is a real piece of work. I am sure that he will try and have it reholdered thru SGC/BVG/or GAI. If that fails you can count on seeing it in a GEM or PRO holder.
