Teletrade now allows you to increase your max bid

I haven't bought anything on TT since they raised the vig.
But requiring 2 bid increments will probably delight the shills

New: Increasing your Max Bid...

As a result of recent feedback to Teletrade - we have implemented the ability to increase your Max Bid, during and before an auction.

Whether you are the current high bidder or not, you can enter another Max Bid, providing it is at least two increments above your current Max Bid. Please note, all Max Bids are confidential. The Teletrade Computer will compare your bid to those of other bidders and only bid as necessary to maintain your high bid position, and purchase the lot at the lowest possible bidding increment above the second-highest bid.

The way I figure it: TT will now allow people who didn't place a max bid high enough to meet their minimum a another chance to spend more than they otherwise would have.

    TT is a joke.
