Grrrrr......... I took a $1000 hit on a Washington hoard I had last night, and fell from #61 to #229. So, there's at least 229.
My humble '63 mint registry set, not much, but it's mine!

None of the selections I made have moved either. My ranking is the same as yours 79th yesterday and 98th today. Must be a big group tied!. My value is still 1M. I picked 66 different coins (all CC's).

Since I am new to this and haven't really used the price guide for anything other than getting an average for the cost of a coin/grade with a 2wk period over on Ebay. How often do the price changes occur within

Yep....I dumped a couple of things that I considered high risk. They could have went Up or Down in my opinion. I hate Down...image

What the hell do they base their prices on?

I think whoever is pricing things out is loosing it a little. Some of the DMPL morgans are priced out at less than the PL's and Normal morgans.

I just dumped 2 MS63 1799 dollars @ 48K each, and loaded up with lower end DMPL Morgans at $90 each.

    Ranked 86th of 241, with a BIG PLUS $110.

  • My BU rolls of 11-s Lincoln Cents went up to $690 from $685 a coin. What kind of increase is that?! Oh yeah, I'm sure sooo many 11-s Lincoln Cents traded yesterday at $690 rather than $685. My BU roll (note singular, not enough exist for more than one!) of 23-s Lincolns went up $450 a coin putting me in 7th. image

    LOL.

I have a feeling the winner of this contest will win only because they read things very carefully.

I just picked up 55 1906-P $20 in MS-60 at $600 each, made more interesting in that every grade BELOW MS-60 is listed for MORE than $600!

I wonder if PCGS is putting a few mistakes out there on purpose just to make it more interesting?

I am in 53rd place. See you real soon LincolnRule. image

I'm currently in 47th, and the only thing that moved were 1965 and 1966 MS66DCAM Jeffersons. Of course, I own all of them.

I haven't changed yet either, but I know why. I'm going for the rarer coins that I hope will sell this year changing the price in large dollar value jumps.

Editted to make it clear that I do not have rare coins that I will be selling.

Made $6375.00 last night. Not with modern coins or high grade coins. Collector coins move up but not enough to win this thing. Oh well.
