1938 D D/S OMM #3 Buffalo

Does anybody know what the PUP is for the doubling on this nickel? I've had a couple which I believe to #3, but don't see any doubling on the reverse, maybe just a bit on USofA.

    Minor doubling can be seen on " E Pluribus Unum "

    The diagonal bar of the S can be seen through the middle of the D and the bottom of the S is seen below the D.
