    Not even slightly understanding your question. Are you saying someone offered you that much Mercury dimes for silver cost. What condition are the coins in? How much are you supposed to pay for it? The Silver price varies from day to day. Are you going to be offered different prices each day? What do you mean by Circulated? An AU is circulated. Are you going to be allowed to look them over first? Might be mint errors, 16D's, 21's, etc or maybe a big pile of almost dateless dimes. Need more information.

    Normally I would agree with this comment but if they were 1916-1931 issues in G and better, I would gladly pay $8640 for those too!

    The spread between spot buy and spot sell for 90% melt, especially with Mercs and Walkers, is not that large - if you don't mind tying up the money, why not?

    I don't know of anybody, including SamByrd, who has a crystal ball on what silver is going to do in the coming months or years. Hindsight, as always, will be 20/20.

    Do you want to spend the next few weeks going through them? Smoe people find that fun.
