What experience, if any, have you had in doing bulk submissions to PCGS or NCG?

I have been considering joining a TPG and doing a bulk submission. I would like to have a group of 1950-1963 CAM/DCAM Proof Franklins and a group of 1964-1971 Proof and SMS CAM/DCAM Kennedies submitted for grading. Probably 100+ Frankies and 100+ Kennedies.
What is invloved in the bulk submission process? Is there a minimum number of coins for a bulk submission? Are you limited to a specific coin (i.e. Proof Frankie) and are you limited to a specifi date (i.e. 1963 Proof Frankie) or can you submit multiple coins (i.e. Frankies and Kennedies) and multiple dates (i.e. 1950-1963 Proof Frankies). Is the bulk rate pricing set in stone or is it negotiable? What bulk submission discount have you been given? Is the paperwork for a bulk submission different from a non bulk submission? What is the best way to deliver the bulk coins to the TPG (i.e. over the counter at their place of business, drop off at a show, registered mail or otherwise) and to regain possession of the coins after slabbing? Who do you contact at the TPG to arrange for a bulk submission (general customer service or a specific department)?
Thanks in advance for your responses.

Just call general customer service and ask to be transfered to the bulk department.
