Colonial copper

I was looking at the kinds of foreign coins that were used in colonial times as coinage on Ebay today. I was amazed at the great condition and low cost of some very old coins and tokens. Some of the ones I saw are even listed in the Redbook because they were so commonly used. Are these pieces commonly counterfeited? Take this one for example. I know that there is plenty of time left in the auction, but it still seems awfully cheap. Nothing against this particular seller. I saw a bunch of very old, historic coins. Are they a bargain, or are they too good to be true?
I collect circulated U.S. silver

Supply and Demand - these are relatively available and the demand is quite low, hence the low prices. Perhaps this could end up selling for $50 or so.

This is not to be confused with the Machin's Mills coin listed in the Guide Book. If this was a MaAchin's Mills coin in this condition it might be $5,000 or more.
