  • I would hope .0001%. In other words a statistical outlier. My only basis for this response is that the sizing process ought to be easy enought to objectify with precision instruments and min requirements. Therefore, human error should be the only uncontrolled variable. I suppose folks who submit more than I do, could speak more authoritatively on this topic.

    I'd estimate it's under 1% of all vintage cards as a whole, but on higher dollar cards and PSA 9's and 10's, I'd guess the percentage is closer to 5%.
