Was proud as hell...

Then the wife comes home...

"You cleaned?" "Hmmmmm"

What about....

And....

Also did you...

And you forgot to....

Where's the....

Why didn't you....

This woman has the Eye of an Eagle, Eye of the Tiger and the "Evil Eye" - all wrapped in ONE!!!

So, I say, start by hiring my wife and people like her!!!

Never again will a trimmed, recolored card slip past them!

I start cleaning 10 minutes before she gets home, that way she sees me. When she gets home I stop.

A guy cannot clean a house for a woman! And you know why? Because there is something in their genes about the "nesting instinct" that forces them to do it themselves. Oh sure, they complain about having to do all the work and getting no help. But I don't know, maybe that's part of the nesting? But they have to do it, just like men have to drink beer. It primordal. I never even make an attempt to clean anymore. It's not about something being clean or dirty - it's all about doing it. And if they can't clean for a couple weeks, they start getting tense and really become b*tchy. Trust me - I know.

I just recently got BANNED from the washroom!

Also, so we have understanding - I'm down to working 3 days/wk and my wife 5 - it's only fair that I do my share. Plus, it's only the two of us and 2 cats.

I have a friend who is a home builder who knows how meticulous my wife is about cleaning that he offered her the opportunity to do the final clean on his houses for $400 a pop. She gets paid to vaccum, and dust, and sweep? Win win for both of us. Now if I can just get her off my ass about cleaning around our house.

I wish I had the same problem as you guys, my wife very rarely cleans. I usually do the dishes, cook and vacum as well as take out the garbage and do yardwork. How can I get her off her lazy butt ?
