2000 SP Football Box Question

With PSA 9 Brady rookies selling in the $600 - $700 range, and PSA 10 Alexanders going for $200+, why are these boxes readily available for a little over $200? I admit I am not in the loop at all when it comes to boxes. I'm just thinking if you bought three boxes for say $650 you'd pretty much have to be guaranteed a Brady right? And wouldn't the chances be better than average for it to come back a 9? That would make all the other cards in the purchase (perhapd even a second Brady?) gravy.

The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. Our childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When we were insolent we were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard really."
