Submission not on database

I sent in a submission and received an email saying the grades are online. But when I look, nothing shows up. I have a separate submission around the same time, and that one is working fine. Any idea who I should contact to check?

    Just call customer service. They did this once to me and the submission number somehow got changed when the grades were entered into the submission. They should be able to give you the correct info.
