Has anyone dealt with ACCS (Ancient Coin Certification Service)?

It looks as though they provide a certificate of authenticity along with the coin's history.

Has anyone tried them?

I've never dealt with them, but the guy who runs it wrote the book on ancients. Literally. I'd trust him.

EDIT: And dude, fix your sig. It's been upgefarked for years now.

Haven't dealt with them because I don't get coins cetified, but like flaminio says he's the guy who wrote the standard references on ancients. I would definitely trust him. I am still trying to locate examples of his certificates though. I have good pictures of both varieties, but I don't have examples in the reference collection.

Depends on who you ask. Plastic collectors on eBay, yes. Guys who actually collect ancients, not so much...
