1878 Rev 79 VAM 220 in mintstate!!!!!!!

Did anyone notice the unattributed 1878 VAM 220 (tripled R) in an ICG MS62 holder in the Heritage auction tonight? This VAM is exceedingly rare in mint state - - neither NGC or PCGS has ever graded one (I think ANACS has graded 3).

No. I didn't get around to looking at their weekly auctions for almost a month now. Darn. You get that one?

At least 10 people noticed the last time I looked. I know who one of them is, and I hope he got it!

I also hope ICG was right about it being a Mint State coin.

What did it sell for? I haven't been able to get onto the Heritage site to find out.

It sold for $800 (plus 15%). Can't get back into the site either.
