Need More Peace Dollar VAM Help - 1923-P with Line in Tiara

I picked this up over the weekend because I thought it was one of the Top 50 coins with the line in the tiara. It's banged up, but the price was around melt value. When I checked the Top 50 book, I saw the 22-P 1A and the 25-P 1A. This is a 23-P. Can't find a VAM match. Any ideas? Didn't see anything in the 2005 updates either. What did I miss?
