(Link fixed! Yea!) I thought finding a PR70 Nebraska quarter was going to be hard...

...but I guess not. image Look at this auction. 50 NGC PR70 Ultra Cam Nebraska Quarters

Haven't these only been out for a month or two and somebody has already slabbed and selling 50 PR70 quarters? I thought PR70's were supposed to be hard to find?

It's kind of disappointing. I was hoping to find one and it be kind of rare. imageimage

edit to fix MS to PR. image

link didn't work for me, but i'm guessing that if they're calling them "ultra cam" that they're proof strikes.

The proof sets for quarters have been out for some time now. Someone sends and 5-10 thousand sets and gets back a very small percentage in 70. Not a big surprise.

  • Most people will argue that a NGC PR70UCAM usually does not hold a candle to a PCGS PR70DCAM. This is the reason that you will see such a huge price difference between the two on today's market (sometimes double or triple).

Notlogical...I just found a dealer that is offering a very competitive price on fantastic PCGS 2006 clad & silver SQ sets (5-coin) in PR69DCAM. If you are interested PM me and I'll send you his name and number. My 2006 coins are supposed to arrive from him today or tomorrow.

I am in the process of building a complete set (99-current) of clad and silver PCGS PR69DCAM quarters...you can check it out by clicking on the link below in my sig line.
