Y2K Silver Maple Leaf - Looking for info

Does anyone know about this coin? Is the Y2K - incused or is it raised? I recently saw an example and the Y2k was depressed in to the coin almost like it had been stamped. Is this the way the coin should look or was it a repro type of copy? All the privy mark coins I have seen have been raised privy marks? Any info would be helpful. Thanks.............image

Also, Is the mintage for these 3500?

    Krause says 403,652 were minted. There is one with an "Expo Hanover" privy mark. Perhaps that is the one with 3500 minted.
