Coin pedigreed to Dave Bowers' collection up for auction
I do not recall having seen this before: a coin pedigreed to the "collection" of QDB up for auction:
Link to 1854-S $20 at ANR sale
"Consigned to us by Dave Bowers, who just happens to collect "treasure ship" coins among other numismatic items."
Would such a pedigree be of additional interest to any collectors and might this result in a premium price? As it is, being a shipwreck (seawater) raw coin in high grade makes it somewhat difficult to value (for me, anyway).

<< <i>I think this coin might bring a slight premium from some pedigree collectors. QDB is a big face of modern numismatics and thus owning something he owned might be considered cool. Not my cup of tea though >>
So, he owned it for seven whole months. What's the big deal?
I guess if you like coins pedigreed to ugly, untalented skanks......

Neither am I. He's a coin dealer so any coin that he has ever sold could carry the Dave Bowers pedigree.

She has a famous last name and beyond that...... not much.
Lisa actually tried a singing career not long ago, not sure if she has given it up yet but she should.
I had the displeasure of actually hearing her singing voice. lets just say that musical talent does not
run in the family.
