February $5 Set Registry Special

I have some Nettles to submit under the $5 special but the February special is down and the march has been put up. I just want to confirm that I can still submit under the special as long as it has been postmarked.

Thanks for any help with this!

    Yes, it just needs to be postmarked by Feb 28. Just make sure you mark the outside of box "Feb Set Registry Special"

    One of the March specials is up but not the other. Not really that special, same deal as in the past several $13 for 5 day turnaround.

    perry- click on "psa registry set grading special" box...
    it takes you to the set registry special page...
    scroll down & click on box to left which advertises $13 fee, 5 day turnaround

    The $13 special is no special. That wil never go away.
