Anyone ever bought one of these 'Christmas' racks from the 50s or 60s?

I am considered bidding on this. Only thing is I have no clue what would be a good bid and also how many cards are in the pack.

This has come up before. They were packaged after market, I believe, so the quality is real hit or miss. Most guys here agree that they aren't worth the money.
