1952 Topps Eddie Mathews graded PSA Authentic

I recall a few months back that I received an auction catalogue in which there was a PSA slabbed Eddie Mathews 1952 Topps card that had been restored. The flip stated that it was either ALTERED, RESTORED, or some other term to this effect. I cannot recall which Auction House was selling it, but it looked like a well-centered PSA 9.
I know I have seen 1952 Mantles that were slabbed as PSA Authentic-Trimmed.
Does anyone have a scan of any of these cards that were slabbed by PSA as Authentic, but also had some sort of qualifier about the card being altered? Please post here if you do. I especially want to see the Mathews.
Thanks,
David

(notice there is NO reference to the trimming infraction.)

They definitely do on some examples.
On the back of the Campy is an offer for a ring. 3 wrappers and 15 cents.
Which is worth more today? The ring, or the 3 wrappers and 15 cents?

3 wrappers. That is, unless the person paid for the ring with five three-cent pieces.

I wonder if any of these giveaway items ever make it up for auction.
