Someone is going to be disappointed - 1 coin being sold on 2 auction sites

While looking for a 1866 half for my type set, I came across this half.. I decided to take a look at what Yahoo had and found this 1866 half. IT'S THE SAME COIN. Even the seller's name is similar. If it sells on both auction sites, someone is going to be disappointed.
PCGS Currency: HOF 2013, Best Low Ball Set 2009-2014, 2016, 2018. Appreciation Award 2015, Best Showcase 2018, Numerous others.

    looks like he expects to sell it on ebay, his starting bid is what he wants, with one bid, it'll sell. I think yahoo is his backup as it ends later than ebay. So he'll cancel the yahoo if the ebay sells.

    I would bid on it but that spot under the second T of STATES on the reverse bothers me a little.
