clearly stolen scan on ebay auction

1st auction--82 Fleer stamp box

2nd auction---82 fleer stamp box

Both box photos are bent in the same area, same background, same damage to the box, same white mark on the brown background next to gary carters photo.

So who stole from who?

You have too much free time on your hands to be concerned about $3 boxes of 82 Fleer stickers.

The point is A761506 would you want to deal with someone that does this to a cheap item? Isn't it better to know now vs when that PSA card comes up that you want only to find out it was a stolen scan later down the road? I only came across these two by chance as i was checking who had the better deal on shipping. $3 wasn't wasn't the issue, $7 for shipping wasn't the issue. The issue is someone stole a scan.

One would think these sellers used anothers scan as an "convienence or just as an example", rather than a "rip-off".

It doesn't look like these sellers were doing anything to deceive the public. Maybe the seller who used another's scan should have mentioned in his description that:

"...the scan is just anothers' example of a 1982 Fleer Baseball Stamp Box and not the actual one being shipped..."

edit: IMO, just a seller being lazy on a $3.00 item, and not bothering to do his own digital camera work, then a cut and paste, then a scanning job, etc., ...all for a three dollar item? One would think if u write this seller, he would confirm that the scan is just an example of the box, and not the one you will be receiving (unless one dealer sold it to another, and just used the same scan? image ) I can't believe I woke up and am writing this? I'm going back to bed!
