I won this item on a Heritage auction and I am fairly new to collecting. My first question is, does this look like it was correctly graded at MS62. Also, I did not notice this at first, it seems there is a piece of black thread where the shield is on the reverse. Is it common for things to get underneath the slab when they are encapsulating it? I appreciate your responses in advance.
