1973 Clemente Question

I noticed a couple 1973 PSA 9 Clementes on ebay for BINs of $300 and $350. I year or more ago I seem to remember seeing them in the $400-$425 range, because I know I bid and didn't win. Has there been an influx in supply (newly graded 9's), a market adjustment, less demand?. Has anyone followed the market for this card in the last couple years?

I think much of the time it's simply coincidence. Who happens to log on during the auction..and who doesn't. Who needs the card..who's been waiting a long time for one..who has a customer who needs/wants one and will pay for it, etc. etc.
