Sent in two autographed cards in early January. It says, 20 business days guaranteed.

Sent the check on January 13, 2006.

They cashed it on January 31, 2006.

When do I get my freebie?

    It doesn't count until the day AFTER it's logged in- and can takes weeks to log an order in after it's received. It has nothing to do with when it's recieved, or when the payment is accepted. Holidays, weekends, and major shows stop the clock.
    In my experience when they were late they readjusted the log in date forward to reflect a timely submission.
    Don't count on that free grade (1 per late order, officially) anytime soon.
    Better to hope for good grades!

    I don't recall anyone on these boards ever mentioning that they received free grades because PSA took too long.

    Dale, just curious. Why do you hide your set registry?
