1997 Pinnacle Card with Certified Mantle Signature

You know COA's don't lie. And when they are embossed, well, that is even better.

1997 Mantle Pinnacle SIGNED

If the seller has his card dates correct, I just don't know what to say. Mick died August 13, 1995

Mantle always said that his friend Roger Maris was signing a lot of stuff from the grave...I guess it must be a special power that generation of baseball players have.

    Edit to add:

I couldn't go without emailing this seller as I actually feel bad for him. I wrote:

Just a quick note: I'd double check that date you put in your auction. Are you sure the card is from 1997? Or 1992? It may make a big difference to your bidders as Mickey Mantle died in 1995.
Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?

Forget blocking him; find out where he lives and go punch him in the nuts. --WalterSobchak 9/12/12

The Pinnacle Mantle set is from 92 I believe.

They came out with the Joe D. set the next year - and they did have a set with the auto contained - very nice BTW.
