Happened to me last month. ANACS sent me back a slab that should have had my Morgan dollar in it, only in the slab was a Chinese coin, not my Morgan dollar. They couldn't believe it happened, but it did. I'm in touch with them about getting it back or getting an insurance refund. My only real complaint is that they've done a bad job at communicating with me about this matter. If I didn't write or call them, I wouldn't know what is going on. Apparently the guy who got my Morgan $ contacted them about his missing Chinese coin. Hope their customer service gets better!
