The images, especially of the obverse, are too overlit to give you a grade. However, I have never heard of a minor DDO for the 1934 WQ. What are the characteristics of it?
There are 7 different doubled dies for the date. 1-O-I is the "big one" but 4-O-I is decent, too. Die markers would probably be necessary on the one you have pictured-I can't quite tell from the image. It could be 2-O-I or it may be series doubling present on all 1934 coins.
