Submission help, with variations (errors)

I am looking for some guidance. I am submitting a group of 1989 Upper Deck cards to hopefully complete my registry set. Along with them, I want to get graded variations of some cards from the set. The problem is that the only variations that are listed in PSA' pop report are the Murphy reverse negative and the Sheridan no position. I have 4 or 5 others, and I don't want them to be labeled as the same card. Do any of you think that it would be worth submitting one of each(error and corrected), or should I make a note somewhere on the submission form, or do I need to get PSA to recognize the variations and label them so that I can put their description on the submission form? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
