any idea of this mint mark

the 1891 dime i found last week i thought was a s mint but i had a nuther 1891s and the s's are not the same . the red book has a small s and a large s for the 1890 but not the 91 . but it dose have a o/o and a s/s . in the pic the dime on the left i found last year and it is a S mint the one on the right is the one i found last week with the capped bust , the mints are not the same but thay are both 1891 dimes . any ideas as to what it might be .
