1890-CC Morgan VAM 3 90/90 Scarce?? Value??

I have an 1890-CC Morgan Dollar. The "90" in the date is clearly repunched, making this a VAM 3, I believe. Coin is MS 63. Is it scarce? Anyone have an estimated value?

The only 1890-CC that has a premium associated with it for now is the VAM 4 "tailbar." I'm not sure how scarce it is, either.

An 1890-CC VAM 3 MS63 PCGS sold in a Heritage auction earlier this month -- the coin was advertised as a VAM 3 -- and it sold for $805, which is right between Grey Sheet Bid and Ask.
