Just got the PCGS Back, What does it take for a 66....
I though all 3 were as good (actually better) than the NGC 66

They are definately HIGH END 65's

I can see the last two PCGS coins as 65; but the first one is a solid 66 shot 67 unless I'm missing something.

I think from the pick the NGC should have been a 65pl, the rest I'm happy you got 5's, the balance of them look high end 4's to me- I missed posting sooner.

Are these upgrades or a fresh submit ?

Going from your pics you are correct, the 1880-S is a nice 66 and at least one of those 1881-S go easily go 66 on another day, and the others look like nice 65's without a doubt. It seems you never really knowwhat you're gonna get back from the services these days, although some would still (laughably) contend that their standards have not changed over the years.

I still say it's all done purposely to keep those resubmi$$ions and revenues coming in the door.......just my opinion though.
