I'm on vacation all week. I wanted to spend time with the kids who are off also.

Sadly they've reached that age when they have better things to do than hang with pops.

So I went to work this morning for two hours...They threw me out.

So I've been listing like 30 things a day on eBay. I'll be sorry next week when I have to ship it all!

So far today I have washed dishes, two loads of clothes, and fixed the toilet, Didnt know I was going to have to play Mr. Mom today.

My problem is I usually work at home. I write features for my newspaper, which is great because I rarely go into the office, but I do spend a lot of time at the computer, either writing or researching, or on the telephone or emailing.


Problem is, I keep sneaking over the Collectors Universe, EBAY, MLB, Becketts. ect. Too many distractions. I finally do most of my writing 2 a.m.-5 a.m. when nobody's on the board and there are fewer distractions. I must be A-D-D.

TB, at least you didn't have to take your oldest son to get his wisdom teeth out. That and laundry has monopolized my day off up to this point.

Im pretty lucky, I work 2 days a week and get 5 off. Of course I still put in 48 hours a week because the 2 days I work are 24 hour shifts. Gives me lots of time to spend with my family.
