Anyone know what these are

Champs1963

I found seven of these the other day. The link below has a picture, the left side is the front of the card and the right side is the back. They are dated 1994 and appear to be some sort of game where you scratch off something each inning and compete either with a friend or against the vistor's score on the bottom. The teams I have are the Braves, Reds, Astros, Giants, Phillies, Mets, Dodgers and Cubs. Any help would be appreciated.
