These are #207 of ? (don't know how many were issued) from the 1977 ANA Convention in Atlanta.
Silver Medal (stamped .999 silver) on the edge,
Bronze Medal (stamped RWM Bronze) on the edge
Both large medals medals are the size of a Morgan Dollar
The smaller medal is slightly larger than a Lincoln Penny, (Bronze too?)

  • i had a set similar from the ana convention in st. louis in 1979.
sold them on ebay for i think 46 dollars.

would have thought maybe a bit more being only 500 made,
but as the gentleman who purchased them from me explained; there
aren't many ana collectors out there.

the 1976 medals bring a bit more, nice bicentennial design.
Yours i haven't seen before can't say for sure but would imagine they are
    worth in that neighborhood.

These show up from time to time. I've seen them sell for $20 to $50. Haven't figured out what year the first set came out; probably in the 60's. The medals are offered each year by the ANA; the case must be an aftermarket thing.
