"Special" Grades Quicker Than Bulk?

Generally speaking, do folks receive grades quicker by using the PSA monthly special as opposed to bulk submissions?

Like a complete moron, I submitted a bulk submission not knowing I could have submitted under monthly special. Must have eaten retard sandwiches that day.

As always, input is greatly appreciated.
