It's difficult to get a good look at the coin from those images, but Id guess it's in the AU55-AU58 range. I'd also guess that part of what looks like chatter/abrasions is in fact some die clashing.
There appears to be a lot of rub in the fields and several hairline scratches so AU55. It does appear to be original.

Edit: I think the color is probably right in the first picture, and the details are right in the 2nd.

i think it is just the heritage pictures that make it look that way. most of their pics are way too bright, imo
