How do you consistently fail drug tests and not learn from it?

I will never understand why people continue to smoke cigaretttes given all of the science surrounding the effects. How someone cam be thaT DoobieDumb is beyond me !!!

The reason he failed is because he was not present in the U.S. to take the test which is regarded the same as taking the test and failing. Williams is currently in India.

ESPN is reporting that it was not a missed test, but rather another failed test. Not good for Ricky/Miami.

I can't understand what the big freakin' deal is, so he smokes a doobie every now and then, big whoop. Would it be better if he bought a fifth of Jack and chugged it, or was eating vicoden like candy (Favre ). Seems to me that would mess you up lots worse then smoking weed. He's not taking steroids to enhance his performance, let the guy smoke his weed, as long as he's not stoned at gametime who cares. I would imagine the "Babe" smoked a little weed in his day since it wasn't illegal till 1937, after all he was hanging out in the speakeasy's with the likes of Al Capone. George Washington was a hemp farmer, hard to believe he wasn't filling his corn cob pipe with it. They should legalize pot and tax the hell out of it, it's certainly no worse then drinking hard booze that you can buy enough to float a battle ship with and drink yourself into a coma.
