are they inverted 1901 pan's?

hi all,
ive just purchased these,i got them at a good price,a set of 1c,2c,4c inverted pan pacifics.
but not sure if real or not.What u all think?

Hi Kiwidude,

You do realize those are reissues/reprints. The US Postal Service issued this sheet on March 29, 2001 to celebrate the original inverts from 1901. The issue price was $3.27. The current cat value is $12.00, but of course, cat is always high. Scott# is 3505. You could probably find them for $3.27 - $5 range.
