This is a 7?

Have a few cards that have black borders and was tryhing to gauge how PSA would grade cards that were not perfectly mint. Was rather surprised to find this one. Personally, I would not have thought that this card would get a PSA 7?

I'm with you, I didn't think that a card could look like that and get a PSA 7.

Sometimes I think PSA misses the forrest for the trees.
They concentrate so much on centering and corners that they forget to actually look at the card.
I hate snow on a card worse than I hate bad centering or bad corners!
